The name on the package poster and the voice on the phone. Guests write that he “guided us perfectly throughout the trip”, that the process was “smooth and hassle-free”, that he is “polite, humble and trustworthy”.
The car in the photographs is the company’s own — a white Maruti Ertiga on a Navi Mumbai commercial plate, garlanded on its first day, photographed since at Lonavala’s viewpoints, on monsoon highways and at the north gate of Trimbakeshwar. Behind it, on the same rate card, a Dzire and a Toyota Innova.
The habit that guests notice most is the clock: the office answers at any hour, because flights land at three and temple queues start at five. The second is the bill — tolls, parking and the driver’s allowance are stated on the quote, not discovered on the way.

01How do I book?

02What does “local duty” include?
As published on Divya’s rate card: 8 hours and 80 km with car and driver — ₹2,500 for the Dzire, ₹2,800 for the Ertiga, ₹3,500 for the Innova. Extra kilometres and hours are charged at the printed rates (₹13/₹16/₹20 per km; ₹150/₹200/₹300 per hour). Confirm the current card on WhatsApp.
03How are outstation trips priced?
Per trip, quoted before you leave. Tolls, parking and the driver’s allowance are extra, exactly as printed on Divya’s Mahabaleshwar package; the quote states them. We do not publish outstation prices on this site because they depend on the route, the days and the car.
04Do you do airport pickups at night?
Yes — Navi Mumbai International Airport (≈ 9 km from the office) and Mumbai airport (≈ 29 km), any hour. Send the flight number; the driver tracks the arrival and waits with a name board.
05Which cars do you have?
Dzire (sedan, 4 guests), Ertiga (6 guests) and Toyota Innova (6 guests) — the three on the published rate card. The white Ertiga MH 43 CE 8540 in the photographs is Divya’s own.
06Can I book a one-way drop to Pune or Goa?
Yes. One-way drops and round trips are quoted separately; tell us which you need and the quote comes back with the toll and allowance lines shown.
07Will the same driver stay with us on a two-day trip?
Yes. Guests describe the same driver accompanying them for two days and reaching every stop on time. Hotel for the driver on overnight trips is covered by the driver allowance in the quote.
08What languages does the office speak?
Hindi and English on the phone; Marathi-speaking guests write to us in Marathi and are answered. Reviews on the Google profile are in all three.
